The dual tone cabinetry we installed in this new construction home gave the room a pop of color. We are in love with the stainless steel farm sink.

In a small format kitchen every inch counts. In this condo kitchen remodel the fridge was able to be recessed into the wall to create more space.

This kitchen was completely reconfigured. A load baring wall was taken down to create an open concept. Fossil grey Caesar stone quartz are durable and child friendly. The backsplash is a ceramic subway tile with a statutory marble look. The pendants are pottery barn and are glass with black cords and brass finishes. The hardware is all brass, and the appliances are whirlpool stainless steel.

We gave this mantel a major facelift with a new stone surround and decadent trim detailing.

The trim casings in this foyer were required scaffolding to install, but the results were well worth it.

You don’t need a grand staircase to showcase the beauty of quality craftsmanship.

Previously unfinished basement gets an upgrade. We added a half bathroom and a designated laundry room. We went with wood look porcelain tiles on the floor, white doors with oil rubbed bronze hardware, and Sherwin William Rockcandy on the walls.

Custom Barn Door

This custom wooden door was painted to match the walls. It leads into a crawl space the client's kids have claimed for themselves.

This hall bath was finished with the pottery barn classic double vanity in white. The mirrors are pottery barn Kensington pivot mirrors. All the faucets are polished nickel.

This bathroom used to have an enclosed shower/tub combo. We reframed to bring light into the room with a partial wrapping glass enclosure. There is a linear drain set in the marble and glass mosaic floor. The tile is hand painted white ceramic with a glass finish. To elevate the look we added a stripe of the marble mosaic outlined by a ceramic bead a the top of the shower.

I think we can officially thank Chip Gaines for coining this term. Always great to see an empty room; a new one is on the horizon.

Showering al fresco: Our client tends to be too dirty for his indoor shower after a hard day of work. Now he can come home and rinse off outside. An outdoor shower is also a great way to rinse off chlorine if you have a pool or spa.

So happy to have brought new life to this old drum set that our client wasn't using anymore. She is very happy to see them use again! 

Fabric day is our designer James' favorite day. The last step in any good renovation is seamless and classic decor to pull it all together.
